What are the delivery times?

At SONS OF PIRATE we have developed partnerships with suppliers from all over the world (Asia, USA and Europe) in order to offer you authentic products at the best prices.

Our products are therefore sent directly from several geographical areas around the world without intermediaries. This allows us to have authentic products, at the best prices.

Our crew delivers within an average of 10 to 15 business days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise. 

 

I only received one order, why?

At SONS OF PIRATE we have pirate suppliers all over the world.

If you order multiple items, they may not be manufactured and shipped by the same supplier.

Rather than having everything centralized in our store, suppliers ship their items directly to you as soon as they are ready, bypassing our facility for faster delivery. So don’t be surprised if you receive your order in multiple packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How to make a return and get a refund?

We are sorry if you have encountered a problem with your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items to us, at your expense.

If you have received a damaged, non-conforming item or are not satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact customer service at: captain@sons-of-pirate.com

We will ask you to include the following information:

– Subject of the email: return/refund request

– Your order number

We will respond to you within 24 business hours.

I made a mistake in the size, color of my item, am I entitled to a refund?

We are sorry if you have encountered a problem with your order.

You have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse at your own expense. 

What are the refund times?

You will be refunded immediately once the item has been received and its good condition verified by our teams.

MY ORDER

What is my order number?

It is possible that your order confirmation email has arrived in your junk mail (spam). Therefore, we invite you to check your junk mail. 

If after checking, you cannot find the confirmation email including your order number, please contact us at the following address: captain@sons-of-pirate.com

We will ask you to mention the following information:

– Email subject: my order number

We will respond within 24 business hours.

How do I cancel my order?

– Email subject: order cancellation

– Number of the order to cancel

Our teams will take care of cancelling your order and then proceed with a full refund.

In the event that you are out of time and your package has already been shipped, we cannot do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed with a refund if necessary, and this, after returning the item at your expense to our warehouses.

Where is my order?

To find out where your package is / Track your package, we invite you to go to the “Order Tracking” page and enter the following information:

– Your order number

– The email address used during the purchase

Where do I find my tracking number?

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase. 

It is possible that this email may have arrived in your junk mail (spam) though. We invite you to check carefully before contacting customer service.

My tracking number is not working.

Your tracking number does not work directly upon receiving the shipping confirmation email. It will be active within 7 business days.

Don’t worry, your order has been shipped and will be delivered to your home.

Our SONS OF PIRATE store ships many products every day to all 4 corners of the globe.

Is my information secure?

Our site is completely secure and hosted by an HTTPS server that guarantees your protection and that of all your personal data. 

We collaborate among others with VISA, Mastercard and Paypal which are world leaders that would not allow the viability of a store such as ours if the rate of dissatisfied customers was important.
